  • Caasify is not responsible for providers' issues. Customers are in charge of their data safety.
  • Caasify is committed to providing high-quality services and products to its customers. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Caasify platform, which includes software, services, and any related documentation (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
  • Caasify will ensure that its services are provided with reasonable skill and care and that the Platform is of satisfactory quality. If you are a consumer under EU law, you have legal rights in relation to services and products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by these Terms.
  • Caasify will provide you with clear and accurate information about the Platform, including its main characteristics, functionality, and compatibility requirements.
  • If the Platform does not conform to the agreed specifications, Caasify will provide you with a remedy, or it will refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • If you are a consumer under EU law, you have a right to cancel your order and receive a remaining balance, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform Caasify of your decision to cancel the order by using the cancellation form available on the Platform, or by contacting caasify’s customer support.
  • If you are a consumer under EU law, Caasify cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • If you are a consumer under EU law, Caasify is liable for any damage caused by its breach of these Terms, unless it can prove that the breach was caused by an event beyond its reasonable control.
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Caasify is based. If you are a consumer under EU law, you have the right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
