Caasify is a cloud infrastructure provider offering VPS hosting, VPN services, web hosting, and domain registration services. These terms of usage govern your use of all Caasify services and outline our acceptable use policy.
Service Agreement
By using Caasify's services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used solely for service provision and improvement.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your privacy is our priority.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.
Unacceptable Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Caasify services:
Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, including phishing, identity theft, credit card fraud, or any form of financial deception.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret violations.
Hosting, distributing, or linking to pornographic content, adult services, or any sexually explicit material.
Promoting violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups. This includes hate speech and content that incites violence.
Selling, promoting, or distributing illegal drugs, controlled substances, or pharmaceutical products without proper authorization.
Network Security
The following security violations are strictly prohibited:
Creating, distributing, or hosting malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any malicious software designed to harm or exploit computer systems.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data, including password cracking, privilege escalation, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
Intercepting, monitoring, or capturing data without authorization, including packet sniffing and man-in-the-middle attacks.
Falsifying headers, identifiers, or other identifying information to disguise the origin of content or communications.
Acceptable Network Usage
The following network activities are prohibited:
Engaging in excessive automated web crawling or scraping that burdens third-party websites or our infrastructure.
Using deceptive means to collect information, including fake websites, phishing sites, or misleading email campaigns.
Interfering with or disrupting networks, servers, or other users' service, including denial-of-service attacks.
Operating services that violate the terms of third-party providers or running open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or similar services without prior authorization.
Circumventing user authentication or security of any host, network, or account.
Taking retaliatory action against individuals or organizations that report violations of these terms.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Running cryptocurrency mining operations without explicit prior approval. Unauthorized mining may result in immediate account suspension.
Penetration Testing Policy
Security testing and penetration testing of your own infrastructure is permitted, provided you notify us in advance and ensure that your activities do not impact other customers or our infrastructure. Unauthorized security testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
Violation Consequences
Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without refund.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when necessary.
Repeated violations or severe breaches may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
We may, at our discretion, provide warnings before taking enforcement action, but this is not guaranteed.
Performance Standards
We strive to maintain high service quality and uptime. However, scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
We reserve the right to implement fair usage policies to ensure equitable resource distribution among all customers.
Excessive resource consumption that impacts other customers may result in service limitations or additional charges.
We continuously monitor our infrastructure for abuse and may take action to protect service quality for all users.
International Trade Restrictions
Caasify complies with all applicable international sanctions and export control laws. Services cannot be provided to individuals or entities in sanctioned countries or those appearing on restricted party lists. By using our services, you certify that you are not subject to such restrictions.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new VPS services, subject to our refund policy. Refunds are not available for domain registrations or renewal services.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Caasify is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
